Unlike older more "experienced" trainers, I can provide insight on how the game is evolving right now, not how it was played 10 years ago. I have training tips and tricks used by professional trainers and college coaches around the country. I was a four year starting QB at the College of Wooster, I have 7 years of varsity football experience that I can share with you! I can train any skill position on the field, but I specialize in QB AND OFFENSIVE SKILL. I do have 5 years of coaching/training experience as well.

Since I was 4 years old I have been playing football, and my passion extends past just playing. Learning, studying, and now teaching the game brings me a lot of joy. I have coached my little brothers football team (176A high school in Houston Texas) as well as trained him and multiple other kids.

I have also played 3 seasons professionally in Europe, where I was the starting QB and an assistant OC. I also trained the young QB's in the program and got to learn a lot more about coaching and training.

After my college career and in between my professional seasons, I was a student assistant on The College of Wooster's coaching staff, where I both coached the team and was a full time student. I am now a full time coach at Thiel College in Greenville, PA. This is my first time being a full time coach and I am learning even more about coaching techniques and ways to be the best coach/trainer I can be.

Doing these training and coaching sessions made me realize my passion for the game of football was very intense, and I want to extend my knowledge to the next generation of athletes!

4 years of ammature training before college, led to 2 all-district highschool selections; a defensive end and a quarterback

About the lesson

A quick intoduction of myself, then an evaluation of the students football expierence, follwed by a small combine like evaluation. I will make my assement based off this and start the training from there.

Perfect! Mateos was very quick in responding back. Very efficient with setting up a time and place. His patience was excellent with my 12-year-old and 9-year-old. We did a hour-long training session which was full of valuable information and training. Most of all my boys cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend Mateos.

If you come to me, first lesson is FREE!

If I travel to you, first lesson is $10/hr.

-I wont charge for a simple introduction and combine testing, as the first meeting is mostly to make a connection anyway.

If you decide I'm a good fit, prices are as follows

- 1st-6th grade $25/hr.

-Varsity/Varsity prep $40/hr

Training sessions can be cut to one hour, but I also have two hour option
