About Nick
Gx3 is a Remote Training Company focusing on the mental and physical training of athletes. Our goal is to educate, and inspire athletes to keep getting better. With backgrounds in biomechanics, psychology, physiology, kinesiology, coaching, sports science, sports medicine, and sports psychology, Gx3 offers the ultimate perspective on training athletes.
I enjoy helping people achieve something that they have struggled with or believed to be impossible. The human body is an amazing thing and sports allow us to unlock some of the human bodies amazing abilities.
During my playing career, I went through my fair share of injuries. While I was injured, I did my best to help my teammates get better while I was unable to step on the field with them.

I have worked with ages 6-50 from all sports to non athletes.
Be aware of people promising you results. The only way to succeed is to put in the work. Training with me, we will develop the plan. It's then up to you to put in the work and I will be your resource along the way.
