About Jovan

Greetings,

I have been a youth football Coach for over 5 years. I believe in training and development of the mind and body to increase performance. I have studied fitness science and nutrition at Bryan University and set to receive my degree in December. I’ve trained and coached the 3x Super Bowl champions Dolton Bears (8-9 year olds) and also design and conduct off season workouts for my 2 sons and their teammates. Im very passionate about the youth and love to help push them in the right direction. The key is helping them overcome mental blockage and breaking bad habits. Set goals and reach them. Trust the process.....

Seeing the breakthrough and watching the youth achieve their goals.... short term and long term.

coaching my sons youth football team. Learning how to be a better teacher for them and through the years my work has extended out to others.
