I always have a free consultation with my athletes to assist on the goals the athlete is trying to acomplish. Per goals I build a program to push the athlete in reaching the goals and beyond.

With me being a coach I have worked with all levels of athletes from peewee, youth, high school, and college.

Have your goals already set or goals in mind that you want to accomplish.  Understand that not every day you are going to want to get better but the mind frame of your end goal is what will push you. Also hard work isn't easy.

One of my biggest acomplishments is that I was recommended to a HS for training the majority of their student athletes.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Does the teacher have my best intrest in mind. Will I get the best quality of the teacher to reach my goals.
