About Laura
Flute lessons for kids ages 6-16.
Suzuki-flute training and certification. Students learn proper flute technique, tone production, and musicianship.
Lessons include games and fun activities that make learning fun!
Students are encouraged to participate in weekly ensemble classes and private lessons.
Studio recitals in December and June keep students progressing toward their goals.
Currently accepting students in the Hudson Valley.
Laura Thompson is a flutist and educator based in New York City , she received her Bachelor and Masters degree in flute performance from Queens College, CUNY. Her teachers were Samuel Baron and Keith Underwood, she also studied the baroque flute in Amsterdam, Holland.

Kids program includes games and activities to help young flutists learn and grow musically.
