About Nicole
Hi! I am so excited to meet you and get started together on the flute. With over 20 years of teaching experience for all ages and abilities, I am ready to help you get started on flute, or tackle your next project.
I am Kinderflute Certified, and am passionate about making lessons interesting and exciting for students of all ages and abilities. I have a B.M. and M.M. in Flute Performance and also regularly attend workshops and classes on teaching and working with students to continually improve my teaching skills.
My ultimate goal for my students is to help them build the skills to enjoy a lifetime of music, however that happens. I have former students who have gone on to study music in college, and others who reach out every few years looking for a piece to play with their church performing groups. I believe music can enrich every life, and I love helping students find that for themselves.
