About Luna
As Drum Major of Weehawken High School Marching Band, first chair of our Jazz Band, and soloist of our Concert Band I have been emersed in the music world for 12+ years. At a young age I took weekly piano and guitar lessons and just this year took and passed an AP Music Theory class at my high school. Professionally or for pleasure I love to play, listen, and learn about music.

When starting lessons with a new student I try to connect on a personal level with them first. To be an impactful teacher I believe you must teach the student as a whole and simultaneously teach technique. I've had amazing results like this. The student retains information for longer and becomes a better musician overall.
