I have been a student of Mr. Vaccaro for approximately four years. As a result I am more confident as a clarinetist.
This is what I have observed in the time i have been studying with Mr. Vaccaro:
First, mike listens to you as you play your horn, he evaluates your knowledge of your instrument, music theory, your technique and how well you present the music you play.
Finally, he wants to know what your musical goals are then presents a course study that will help you achieve those goals.

Mike has been teaching me for almost a year and he is being absolutely great. I did play some tenor sax in the past but I forgot a lot, also, I was not able to read music anymore and my tone was pretty bad.

In a short time Mike got me reading music again and my tone improve a lot. I am still taking lessons with Mike and he continue to help me and I continue to improve.
