I originally took lessons from "Miss Jean" as a child (face-to-face). My family moved away and ultimately I stopped playing flute because I couldn't find another teacher I liked as much as her. Decades passed, and one day, a few years ago, I found her web site, reached out, reconnected, and have been taking online lessons with her ever since! She's an amazing teacher; warm, wonderful, knowledgeable, encouraging, and with tons to give. I love her dearly and am so appreciative that we can connect virtually on a regular basis. She's coached me back to my playing ability and beyond and also helped me find the flute of my dreams.
