About Jennifer
I'm originally from NY where I taught privately for over 20 years. I teach all levels of Clarinets, Saxes, Flute/Piccolo and Trumpet, beginner Piano, and Guitar, beginner oboe and violin. My students always did very well at NY state solo competitions and I've also had former students that have taken Juliard and Stony Brook school of Music pre college classes at young ages, I've also had students go on to major in music in college. I have taught all ages from 3 years old to adults. I try to make my lessons fun so students will want to practice and enjoy it. I believe children are capable of learning more than just the basics and they can excel beyond what they thought possible. I teach most of my students advanced principles so they can excel in their musical endeavors. My goal is to make my students as musically independent as possible and watch them soar.
