About Becka

Classes are small group, often circuit styled training. We wear heart rate monitors to track overall heart health, track average heart rate burn, and count calories burned. I have degrees in physical education and dance education, with certificates in personal training and nutrition. The classes have evolved from Working with a variety of people the last 10+ years, as well as my own health lessons and journey.
