About Matthew
We are a full service health club located off of exit 8. We have a heated swimming pool that we maintain around 86 degrees. Worried about being lost in the crowd? Not getting enough individual attention. We offer private and semi private lessons only, no group sessions. We feel this allows our instructors to maintain a good relationship with each of our clients and give everyone the individualized personal attention that they need.
Our swim instructors are WSI certified by the Red Cross of America.

All of our lessons are done on a private, or semi private basis and follow the Red Cross' Water Safety Instructor constructed programs for teaching new swimmers.
Previous clients' ages range from 6 months to 73 years of age.
