About Autumn
Fitness is my passion!
Hola, I'm Autumn and fitness is my passion! The reason is simple: Every class feels like a step toward better health! Come join me and you'll see what I mean. I look forward to meeting you!
I enjoy making a positive difference in peoples lives. I view fitness as medicine, a way to improve your overall health both pysically and mentally.
I got started teaching by first becomiung a student. I saw how much trainers/group fitness instructors impacted my life/fitness and wanted to do the same for others.
I have a BA in Communication and a BA in Spanish. My fitness certifacations are as follows:
-Zumba
-Aqua Zumba
-Strong by Zumba
-Group EX Instructor (AFAA)
-Silver Sneakers (Classic and Circuit)
-Cycling (Spin)
