About SANTIAGO
As a native Spanish speaker I understand the challenge and importance of mastering the English language. With higher education becoming more important than ever we must ensure that our youth understands how to read and write at a college level.
I can tutor:
8th grade English -College level
8th grade Spanish- 12th grade /AP Spanish Language
I graduated Cumme Laude from University of the Pacific with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in HR/MGMT & Business law with a minor in Pre-Law.
I am not a teacher.
I was a K-12 tutor for three years when attending college.
Since then I've been a resource to friends and family when writing essays for college level courses.

Every student is different and requires a unique tutoring solution. My first step is to asses the students need for tutoring. I prefer to consult with the parents as well to understand the goal of the tutoring. ( I.e pass the class, develop writing strategy, build syntax and grammar skills etc)
After the initial goal setting session I develop a tailored tutoring plan with critical path dates, tutoring strategy and expected goals.
I've worked with students from Grade 1 to Freshmen level in College.
Take the time to connect with your potential tutor/ teacher. It's important to have a mutual understanding between student- tutor of what goals are being set and what expectations to have.
I've recently become a new parent and am enjoying the wonders of fatherhood.

Details
Because each solution for each student is unique in nature the total price may change. But the pricing system is as follows:
- $20-$35/Hr *dependant on level of difficulty of writing
- After initial meeting the student and parents will receive an estimated number of hrs to meet the goals set. However the student and parents can adjust the hrs desired to meet any budget.
