About Stephanie
I am a patient, dedicated, and creative tutor who is passionate about helping students improve their writing skills. I understand courses of all subject areas require writing, which can be tough for a lot of people. Don't worry, I'm here to help! Learning how my students learn best is important to me, and I spend a lot of time tailoring sessions to meet individual needs and learning styles.
I love helping students work through challenges. I believe everyone is able to be a good writer!
I have an MS in Environmental Health Sciences and a BA in Political Science. While a graduate student, I mentored undergraduate students and helped them write and publish papers in scientific journals. I worked as a scientist at the California EPA and acted as a reviewer for papers undergoing the peer-review process.
