About Nery
It is a culturally competent and inclusive environment that prepares students for city life with social tips and advice along with helping increase English and Math skills.
I have taken several courses in Education and Psychology toward my Bachelor's degree and just finished tutoring Math to sophmores at Codman Academy to prepare them for the MCAS.

First we need to break the ice and get to know each other. Worling with a stranger is hard enough, and especially tough when you are trying to excel in a subject you are struggling in. Then I ask my student what they would like to work or struggling with, will match and/or add that to what the parent thinld they need help with. Then unravel the materials from there with increasing difficulty as the child progresses through exercises.
