About Danielle

I have spent 15 years in business and studied Economics, Accounting, and Finance since I was in high school. I took AP Economics (received a 5/5 on the exam and 100/100 in the class) when I was a senior and fell in love with everything Econ and Business. From there, I decided to major in Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University, where I graduated in the top 1%. I have extensive experience teaching. I tutored other students throughout college at Cornell University and during my graduate program at Harvard University. Success is nearly guaranteed when you work with me as I am able to take very complex topics and make them very simple for everyone to understand. I teach from high school to graduate school/MBA level.

I love seeing my students thrive and achieve their goals! One student came to me without confidence in his ability to pass a business course and after working with me for 3 months, he not only passed, he received an A+. Success breeds confidence!

I gradudated from Cornell University, summa cum laude with a degree in Applied Economics and Management and received an MBA from Harvard University where I also studied Finance, Accounting and Economics. I practiced Investment Banking for several years before entering Private Equity. In addition to teaching Economics, Business, Finance, and Accounting, I am certified to teach ESL at both Junior and Advanced levels. I hold an ESL certification with A1 Distinction.

About the lesson

We can do video lessons online if that is comfortable for you. Before we begin, I work with you to understand your learning objectives. We will then establish a lesson plan and objective. I have lots of materials that help me tutor students in Economics, Accounting, and Finance, but I can utilize your materials as well if you have specific questions or textbook material.
