About Lockhart

Locky Brownlie has been a professional dancer for more than 20 years dancing with some of the biggest names in the pop world. Lockahrt has toured with Katy Perry, Taylor Swift,Britney Spears, Erika Jayne, worked on tv shows like Glee, True Blood and last year joined the Broadway cast of 'WICKED'. Along with his love of fitness, he has created a dance based cardio workout that will give you a total body burn.

This follow along style class will cover a warmup and two 15 minute choreographed cardio routines that require no previous dance training.

Guided by your instructor you learn each routine slowly before grooving it out with music.

This high intensity dance workout will make you sweat and burn calories, all while having a good time.

Gain that dance confidence you've always wanted and learn some moves for any social event.

You will feel like a true professional dancer by the end of this class.

I love everything about dance. I love how free i feel when i'm dancing to great music. Dance for me is the best way to forget about any worries i have and let my mind run free.

Everyone can dance and what i love about teaching is seeing clients eyes light up when they're body starts moving to the music.

I started teaching dance when i was 15 years old and have been ever since. I teach all ages and levels of dance and have one goal in mind, to make my students smile and feel good.

If i can get you walking out of class sweating, feeling confident and most importantly smiling, then i know i've done my job.

I have been dancing for 25 years in all genres of dance and professionally dancing with Pop Stars such as Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Erika Jayne, Demi Lovato, Todrick Hall and many more ever since moving to the U.S in 2010.

Dance is a full body workout that uses all your muscles big and small.

I have combined all genres of dance as well as some high intensity toning exercises to give you the most complete workout.

About the lesson

The best thing about my class is no dance expereice needed. Everyone can move and it's my job to get you dancing wihtout even knowing.

This is a following along style class and with the help of my instruction throughout, you will have the steps mastered by the end of each routine.

Dont be afraid!

Dance is not scary, we all have rhythm and sometimes we just need a little help to understand how to bring that rhythm to the dance floor.

There is no right answer in dance. Each individual has their own type of movement that feels better on them and that's ok. Find your own groove and your confidence will shine through.
