About Susan
Keeping folks safe and injury free while staying active and healthy is what keeps me going. Core, balance, strength, flexibility, physical meditation, dance movements for nondancers, to music- in a very supportive atmosphere!
Classes are tailored to each student's needs. The mantra is listen to your body... if it doesn't feel right today, it isn't!
oh, we laugh a lot!
I have been performing and teaching for over 60 years. As a senior, I have devoted my teaching practice to safety, health and pleasure in moving for other seniors!
