About Khari

I am a hip hop dancer and spoken word artist/ poet of 10yrs+. Whose taught in 2 different studios and was in a few dance groups over the years. My styles vary and are extremely diverse. I know more styles than just hip hop that I incorporate into teaching and performing.

Football I played middle school & high school(Oscar Smith) and college football (Norfolk State University)

Trained countless High school and college athletes once I was done playing. 2 I trained for a few years Athletes Marques Holmes of North Carolina Wesleyan and Darius Royster of North Carolina Central(CFL).

Specialize: In strength and speed training

Positions I specialize training are: Lineman,LBs,FB & Rb, DB.

I Also was Oscar Smith high schools assist track and field coach for shotput and Discus

I enjoy seeing the development of the people that I work with from where they started to our last session

I started teaching under request by the studio that I became a part of. After seeing your post dance videos on social media with the group I was with and solo videos they requested that I came by the studio to teach for them.

Football and sports training

I started coaching and training to help out other athletes that were having difficulties that came up and asked for help

DANCE

I have been doing hip-hop dance says 2006. I'm self-taught But have been to many workshops and competitions throughout the years.And I was a hip-hop instructor at 2 studios: 757 dance in Virginia Beach & dance sport VA

Football and sports training

I have a background in football in training that extends back to my early ages I played football all through middle school and high school and two years of college football division one. A few years after that I became a track coach at Oscar Smith High School while simultaneously training high school and college athletes to prepare for the next level.

About the lesson

New students are introduced by learning about the type of personality they have and learning their comfortability and knowledge with the craft, find their goal, and break it down into simple to learn sessions

I'm good with working with middle school students and up to adults from no experience to some experience

Be willing to work and be aware of you current strengths and weaknesses. Hydrate and remember there's no such word as Can't.
