About Harmony

Harmony Dance offers an ECLECTIC blend of dance training with a FOUNDATION in ballet and contemporary for students age 2.5-18 (beginner to pre-professional) and adults. Director Erica Collins and our team of experienced instructors use a holistic approach that incorporates a “WHOLE DANCER” teaching methodology in a POSITIVE & EMPOWERING atmosphere at our dance studios in Liberty Township/West Chester.

Our “WHOLE DANCER” approach aims to BRING OUT THE BEST in all of our students - regardless of talent, age, level, potential, physique or goal. We incorporate a MIND-BODY CURRICULUM in all classes teaching our students fundamentals of anatomy, dancer safety, nutrition, health and mental mastery. Our instructors focus on BOOSTING SELF ESTEEM and FOSTERING A HEALTHY SELF IMAGE for lifelong success no matter their professional path.

We are committed to keep our CLASS SIZES SMALL (typically under 16 students) for in depth, quality instruction. Our staff is FRIENDLY, our new studios are WELCOMING and our best-in-class “floating floor” rests on a high-density foam system created specifically for dance to offer INJURY PREVENTION for our growing dancers.

All of our programs include an individual teacher conference session at the end of the dance year where students receive ENCOURAGEMENT, personalized suggestions on how to GROW as a dancer and curriculum recommendations.

Dance lessons offered by Harmony are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Springdale. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
