About Richard
Originally just by being in the environment it inspired me. Mentors of mine found that I had leadership potential and was finally given an opportunity to work my way into the industry.
I've worked in a corporate gym for about 10 years and shadowed many professionals before me as I finally took the time to gain education through multiple courses both online and in person.

I always like to have new clients fill out a new client intake form to describe their experiences, goals and if there are any limitations. From that point our first session is followed with a full body movement assessment to see what level they are to ensure we progress appropriately towards their goals.

My current training rates are based off of the years of experience I have as well as education. A lot of what I do also takes time to put detail into each client.
