About Sara
Hello everybody ! I'm Sara a professional dancer and instructor from Colombia , who can teach you different styles as Hip-Hop, Salsa, Regueatoon, Break dance and other urban styles as well fitness pilates workout class. I start my dancer carrear 14 years ago. I'm a Hip Hop dancer but also I'm a latina ( Colombian) so I'm salsa and tropical lover as well. I start dancing ballet and contemporary. I studied to be interpret, choreographer and director of dance. I combine WORKOUT, Pilates and dance in all my classes. I want you to move with me to reach new movements that you never thought you would do. I love to teach and if you want to shake, move and sweat with me, be free to message me or ask me any questions you have. I want you to be the best of you.
I love when my students get happier while they dance. I love that they make the best version of themselves.
I love my work because is my mission in life and I can improve people's life thought fitness and dance.

About the lesson

The first will be a 5-minute talk knowing the interests of each person. A warm up with foundation, workout and stretch next Im going with teach you basic or depend of your level moves, we're going to repet it and mixed with other moves, small freestyle session and a choreography. Of course, if the person wants a modification, I am open to doing it. The most important is have fun while you're learning new skills.

Kids , teenagers , youngers, adults, no experience , begginer, intermediate, advance.
All welcome.
If you really want to learn you must choose a person you feel comfortable, happy and challenged. I know you will have all that things with me because I want to give my best to make you feel awesome because you'll improve like never before. Will be a life change time to grow and learn.

Thank you Sara! Your class make me feel amazing. I ask her more for a workout class with some dance moves and was more than I could ask ... We even do pilates in a fun way not that boring lol.

1hour 15 min : 70 USD ( regular class)
2hour : 120USD
But I'm open to negotiate if you want more classes that adjust to your budget.
