About Bonnie
POWER SOURCE DANCE is unlike any other dance class. POWER SOURCE DANCE is a blend of contemporary jazz dance, yoga, cardio, and calisthenics. Move your entire body during this one hour, nonstop, energetic and uplifting work out. And optional 30 minutes of choreography follows the one hour workout. This is an adult dance class for students 16 and up.
Stretch. Reach. Breathe. Move. Dance!
Join us at one of these three classes a week:
Mondays, 6 PM, at the Athletic Garage in Pasadena.
Wednesdays, 9 AM, at Live Arts LA in Glassell Park/Los Angeles
Fridays, 9AM, at the Athletic Garage in Pasadena.
