About Monica
My goal is to teach others a coping mechanisms that has helped me through rough times throughout my life. My idea of this class will involve a 20 min stretch, a 10 minute guided mindfulness meditation, and choreography designed to release negative emotion. Why dance? Dance requires a level of focus,and during that focus the mind can rest. In this class students will be able to dance to began a journey to enlightenment, become a better dancer, or come in to release. This will be an urban dance class, that reaches the youth and all ages. Please feel free to contact me if this interest you.

I was a background dancer for a traveling hip hop artist and got promoted to choreographer where I hired and taught dancers professionally for live shows.
Over 10 years of experience as an urban dancer myself, both professionally trained, and self taught. Company's I've worked for Rome Logan LLC and National Dance Clubs Belle Meade
