About Tenika
I am Tenika Pouncie, I have a Bachelors of Dance from East Carolina University and have performed Modern, Hip Hop, Ballet and Jazz dance. I also have training in yoga.
I am a teacher and I enjoy teaching technique to my students, Dance is a mental workout just as much as it is physical. I create a space for students to learn and be creative.
Connecting with you! Sharing my knowledge picked up over 20 years of dance, seeing it make sense and open up new possibilities for my students.
