About Lydia

I offer one of a kind dance lessons. I teach a variety of styles including ballet, tap, technique, salsa, bachata and more! The lessons are adapted to the student's preferences to make the most out of their experience. Dance brings joy to my life and it is my ultimate goal to give my students that same love and passion for dancing. I have been dancing for eight years and have been trained by a variety of instructors. Book me for lessons to expand your dance repertoire and have a fun time!

I have always loved dancing since I was a little girl. I love dancing with such a strong passion and that shows in my teaching.

I naturally started teaching as I got older. People started asking me questions about my dancing and I started teaching. I found my love of teaching dance just as I love dancing itself.

I have been dancing for 8 years. I started off learning ballet, tap and jazz and eventually ventured into salsa and bachata dancing. I take classes now in a variety of styles to maintain and grow my level of dancing.

About the lesson

The firsr order of business for new students is adressing the style(s) the student wants to pursue. My lessons are based off of the needs/wants of the studen to optimize their time.

Don't be afraid to ask! If dancing is something you have always wanted to try, my lessons are the perfect solution as I prioritize the comfort of my students in an open environment.

This fall I am working with the Dancing With The Stars RGV event and I am excited to choreograph a routine and perform for the cause!

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should have an idea of what they want to learn and goals they want to achieve. Although this can all be discussed at the first lesson if knowledge of dance is limited.
