About Nicole
I teach pole dance, sensual movement, and fitness training. I offer all these modalities individually or in combination to help you realize your true strength, ability and potential. You'll finish every session with more strength, confidince, and you'll feel empowered because of all the breakthroughs mentally & physically.
As you learn & practice Pole Dancing with me, you’ll realize that you are learning much more than some cool tricks or a few sexy dance moves. I offer a very unique mind, body & soul/spirit approach to my private lessons & classes. I’ve been in the field of health & wellness for over 15 years now and my passion lies in teaching and healing people’s mind, body & spirit so that they recognize their true potential, power and ability to do anything and create the life of their dreams. I’m so grateful that I get to teach and help my clients get this beautiful awareness through the different modalities of pole dance, personal training and life coaching.
