About Felicia
I am the owner of a community christian-based fitness facility focused on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and wellness needs of each individual. My mission mission is to meet the diversity of goals, needs and priorities of every client by improving their quality of life, encouraging physical, spiritual, mental and emotional fitness, while promoting healthy living in a community environment. I create a variety of programs to challenge participants to reach their personal best regardless of their fitness level and background. I coach, train, serve and bring clarity and innovation in an evolving industry with professionalism, dignity and high ethical standards. I am a certified personal trainer, mental health coach, certified in Midlife Fitness for Women, group fitness, kickboxing, cycling, nutrition coach, Golden Hearts Senior Fitness, and have a Master's Degree in Business Adminimistration.
