About Jacquie

StressBusters Guided Meditation is a holistic approach utilizing Breath, Sound, Movement, Aromatherapy and Gemstones to ZAP stress and provide Relief. Mobile techniques for the stressed-out and overwhelmed.

The sessions are designed to help De-stress, Ground and Center you providing tips to help lower your stress levels.

The sessions are also focused on mindful living, wellness and wellbeing, as well as on personal growth.

How to live our best lives with as much Peace, Calm, Love and Gratitude as possible.

It is amazing to witness people letting go of their stress in the sessions. It is an honor to be a part of this.

Teaching is in my blood. I have been a teacher for as long as I can remember.

My service is steeped in my life experiences and wisdom along with intuition. I draw from my dance and singing training, as well as my yoga, meditation mindfulness practices along with my teaching experience in other fields. I have been a teacher for many many years.

About the lesson

During the first session, I talk with the new client to get a feel for where they are in their lives; what their stress and anxiety triggers are. What they share with me determines my course of action. Sometimes the client wants someone to just listen.

I ask targeted questions based upon what they share which often leads to journaling. Sometimes the sessions involve movement. They always involve the breath and visualization.

We always end with a sound healing and guided meditation portion to help them absorb what we've talked about in term of solutions and suggestions to help them make the necessary changes in their lives.

I have worked with all types of people from all walks of life.

I assisted a mom in better organizing her time so she wasn't so burnt out. I also made suggestions on how better to handle dealing with her young son who had anger issues. She has been able to get a more even keel in her life.
