About Kelsey
USAG professional Instructor and trainer, all certifications , previous gym owner and head coach for competitive gymnastics ages 2yr-15yr, recreational gymnastics all ages, tumbling for dance,cheer levels 1-6, gymnastics levels 1-10, elite.
I am kelsey a former competitive level 10 gymnast, as well as a 2 time world champion allstar cheerleader. My hands on spotting , technique training, conditioning toughness and overall approach , has a huge success rate in progressing skills fast and effective.
I love helping others build and achieve personal goals , in a safe and secure atmosphere. Hands on spotting always, progression charts, hard drills and coaching techniques, from brand new to adult veterans I love all varieties of tumbling, gymnastics , flexibility, strength and performance by all my athletes. Private lessons , recreational or competitive classes are the class to be in.
15 years competitive gymnast and world team cheerleader. 5 years of coaching and running a gymnastics program, private lessons , tumbling clinics , all usag and usaf certifications , CPR and first aid certification, as well as a lifetime of passion for youth training
