About Matthew
Hello, my name is Matt. Ive been dancing for 22 years. I've taught dance for 8 years. Ive been trained in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, and a number of other styles. Guaranteed to give you a work out. I also work with most ages. So young getting started or the seasoned dancer i can help. :)

Well at first we talk about exactly what it is you want from the lesson. Then ill run a good warm up. After thaat we will work on exercises to help you reach the goals you were wanting to acheive in class. Always finished with the choreography at the end.
