About Betsy

Cresskill Performing Arts is a family business, offering small personal non-competitive classes to ages 2-1/2 through adults. We feature dance, acting, musical theater, gymnastics jazz, fencing, silks & hammocks, and more.

Inspiring confidence, joy, and growth of skills is always a pleasure!

I have always taught -- everything from voice to ballet. We have 10 teachers at CPA.

We have many many years of experience in the dance and theater studio field. (concealed information)

About the lesson

Depending on the student's age, we do a tour of the studio, and then we "level" the student to find the best class fit.

We work with everyone at CPA. Students begin here at 2-1/2 years of age, and we also have adults who take classes here.

We also have classes for children with learning differences and special needs, Rhythm Works Integrative Dance.

Go and visit and see if the studio is a good match for you. Check class size; teachers; facility.

Every year, Cresskill Performing Arts produces a show called "Dancing for Hope." This event raises funds for a wonderful organizaton, A Slice of Hope, which goes into homeless shelters with live musicians and pizza parties, raising joy and optimism all over the USA.
