About Justin
We offer aerial bungee fitness, resistance stretching, dance classes for groups and personal training. Our dance teacher/personal trainer and bungee instructor has been involved in stage perfomances, one-on-one instructions and group choreography for over 5 yrs with emphasis on hip hop, break dancing, to name a few.
We also offer physical therapy services for postural correction, corrective exercises and pain management provided by an highly experienced physical therapist of 26 years

Everyone has so much potential for movement. We love seeing people of all levels of fitness come in and enjoy training and working out with us. To help people trust their own strength and move with us is very inspiring
