About Regina
We are a dance fitness business we specialize in healing and mentoring thru music and dance, we also create session that caters to the clients needs. We are not your cliche don’t eat this watch your calories and just excercise. We cater to the person needs internally we have a motto -F.I.T -Facing/Internal/Truths,we believe that if you are holding things on the inside trauma,stress etc. you will always target other things and not get the results because you have not dealt with the bigger issue which is you. We became a business in 2015 but have been working and helping for the last 10years.Im a retired professional dancer so for the past 30+plus years dancing has been my life abundantly.
