About Morgan
I have been teaching dance for about 2 years, first beginner classes at the rec center and now all levels with Ignite Dance Company. I love learning new things about dance as well as sharing my knowledge and passion with others. Dance makes me so happy and I hope I can help others find joy in it too! I am dedicated to your wants and needs as well as assessing your level and where you would like to progress to. Comfort and challenge are equally important! I feel in tune and do my best to keep up with current dance trends as well as knowing the history of where we came from as dancers. I want you to have fun, push yourself, and learn what you came to me to learn!

I'll usually start with a few questions about you, such as your skill level and experience, what you would like to learn more about (specific or in general), anything you would specifically like to learn how to do (turns, leaps, choreographing, etc), any injuries or pre existing conditions we need to work around, and where you would like to be at the end of our time together. Then I'll put together some lessons and get started! You are free to take to me and ask me anything during our lessons in order for me to best customize them to you and your needs. This is YOUR class! If you don't want to do something, next time we won't. If there's some specific you'd like to do, let's do it! I'm up for anything. You might even teach me something!
