About Joëlle
A little about me....I've been dancing for 17 years. I started at 3 and have been at it ever since. I began with classical ballet in Wilmington Delaware where I was a student at First State Ballet Theater and expanded with my training at different dance studios like Alvin Ailey, Joffrey, and The Bolshoi ballet through summer intensives and as a company guest member. I decided to teach immediately after college instead of joining a company I loved the stage where I truly found my passion was when I was able to teach. Pushing my students and other dancers to get to their goals or improve on their abilities. Now I have decided to get certified to teach yoga and I'm currently working on my 200 hr training. I discovered yoga was a great place to allow my dance education to go to the next level, creating a new niche within my business I now offer yoga designed for dancers. With alignment and technique it's become a great source to find a balance between discipline and freedom.
