About Debbie

I like to standout wherever I am. I teach in way that all understand... I have been dancing for over 30 years. I teach private lessons group lessons choreography for wedding dances the list goes on call me and let's chat and see what you need!

Where else can you get paid to listen to music...lol. Seriously though, I have always enjoyed the gift of giving...Dancing offers so much for all. It's teaches us to learn how to feel direction of movement. It actually rejuvenates your soul and keeps you very fit and youthful. DANCING IS FOREVER!

I met a man and a country western nightclub in Riverside that forever changed my life... he taught me how to dance and introduce me to several people that could as well and became the father of my first two children so thank you for that.

I have been a professional dance instructor for over 25 years. I have taught in different nightclubs dance studios and night classes through some of the adult schools.

About the lesson

I asked first if they've ever danced before and what they would like to achieve. Then I ask them what their favorite hobbies are so I know what they already know how to do and that way I can relate it to what I'll be teaching and they will be able to understand it better.

I've worked with seniors, teenagers as well as mentally handicapped.

I would say to just take as many classes as you can until you find a dance instructor you really like because until you do that you will not unlock your true potential.

I haven't talked for a little while but I would like to get started back into it again so unfortunately I don't have anything recent I can speak of.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
If I'm being honest it's very difficult to talk to teachers about this most teachers are trying to keep students as they work for studios and therefore are limited in what they can and cannot do for their students. I know that's not what you wanted to hear but that is the truth.

Not only is Debbie a great dancer and follower, but she smiles and radiates joy the whole time she is dancing with you and with anyone else. What a blessing!

She is a former United States Open West Coast Swing competitor and champion and a great teacher and human being. Most importantly; she is fun!
