About Matthew
Hello everyone!
I want to help you be able to achieve your goals - whether that's self-defense, personal fitness, and/or understanding how to move and connect with your body.
I am an experienced teacher who trained in Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi. I have a 4th degree black belt, and I am a Sifu and Certified Instructor who taught martial arts for a decade.
Everyone starts in a different place, has different abilities/limitations, and would benefit from a personalized approach. I will work with you as an individual (or a group) to help you reach your goals in a fun and engaging way!
