About
Welcome to Full Out Fusion—where the grace and discipline of classical ballet meet the explosive energy of high-intensity fitness.
My name is Marilyn McElroy, and for over 30 years, my life has been defined by the stage as a professional classical ballet dancer. Throughout my career, I’ve learned that true strength is a perfect balance of precision, power, and endurance. Now, I am bringing that elite training philosophy to you.
At Full Out Fusion, we are redefining the workout experience. Our signature high-intensity Ballet Barre classes are designed to challenge your limits, sculpt lean muscle, and elevate your cardiovascular fitness, all while channeling the core mechanics of dance. This isn't just an exercise class; it’s an energetic, full-body transformation.
In addition to our group classes, we offer personalized private training sessions tailored for all ages and skill levels. Whether you are a young dancer looking to refine your technique, an adult seeking a high-caliber fitness routine, or someone simply wanting to move with more confidence and strength, there is a place for you here.
It’s time to bring your passion, push your boundaries, and go full out. I can't wait to train with you!
