About Robert

Ridden over 250,000 miles in 20 years, former road cycling racer, and created road racing team w/huge success. Expert in biomechanics, allowing the most reduction of physical effort, while dramatically increasing performance.

Former motorcycle road racing at speeds of 200+mph, allowing me expertise in balance, handling and control skills...which are exactly the same for a bicycle.

Natural born teacher and all sessions are followed up with a detailed RECAP sent to clients. This way, you always have the coaching information at your fingertips AND because it's impossible to remember every single topic and details discussed in a session.

Started helping cycling friends in being able to ride faster, smarter, safer.

15 yrs as a professional cycling coach. Literally hundreds of clients who have shown dramatic growth and 'actual' client comments (see website) that says it all.

About the lesson

Complete evaluation at first. There's no way to properly help a client if I don't know what their current abilities, etc. are. Once an evaluation is completed, then recommendations are made that are geared to help the client achieve specific or generalized goals.

From literal beginners to pro level cyclists

Take the time to talk to perspective coach. See how well they listen or how 'eager' they are to 'sell' you something. I am very hands on and take whatever time necessary to fully understand from the client's perspective. Only then, can I really help them.

My annual Atlanta Winter Bike League series that runs from November to March each year, attracting upwards of 130 riders. (concealed information)
