About Marlie
I have completed an honours degree in computer science and aside from learning a whole range of interesting concepts, I had the opportunity to tutor a number of students while studying. Helping others is an absolute passion of mine.
I have also gained roughly 6 years of experience in the IT industry, which makes my experience very valuable for both upcoming IT professionals and students that just want to increase their general knowledge about how computers and software such as Microsoft Excel works.
I remember very well that I realised early on in my career how little I knew after finishing university. Thus, my aim is to equip students as well as possible with the knowledge that I have to prepare them to be as ready as possible for stepping into a job where IT skills are necessary.
University degree: Hons BSc in Computer Sciences
Practical experience in the industry: 6 years, working on a range of different technologies.

The aim of the initial call is to get to know my students better and identify specific areas where they need help. We will set up regular meeting times during the initial call, discuss a plan to go forward, plus start looking at areas that my students struggle with, if time allows.
