About Vijaya Kumar
I’m Vijaya Kumar Elpula. I am pursuing a Part-Time PhD in Big Data Analytics from University of Technology, Jaipur and having 20 years of Academic and E-Learning Industry experience. I am PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt Certified by MSME-Technology Development Center (PPDC).
As Team Leader and Assistant Manager, I have experienced Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, Learning Experience Design, Learning Strategy Development, Project Planning, Designing, Development, Evaluation, Report Generation, and trained the juniors. As Subject Matter Expert and Instructional Designer, I have developed many of E-Learning Content materials for Academic, Higher Education, Non-Academic, Training Materials, ILT, and WBT.
As a Faculty member, I have taught many different fundamental and advanced subjects at UG & PG level Computer Science Engineering. As HOD, I have done NBA ACCREDITATION of CSE Department, Staff Recruitment, Project Guidance, Subject allotment, Lab Examination Schedules, Project External.
