About Mandy

I’m Passionate about what I do. I enjoy helping people enhance their skills and follow their dreams.

i enjoy everything about the work that I do. I enjoy working with people. I enjoy the creativity that my students have. It’s rewarding to see one accomplish a goal they set out to achieve.

I originally started training in my current role as a Bakery Trainer. Once I realized how much I enjoyed teaching people what I enjoy doing, I decided to turn it into a side income.

I’ve received all of my training throughout my career in the Baking Industry. I’ve spent the last 10 years managing and training bakeries.

About the lesson

I start out by finding out what their needs are and then working with them on a plan to achieve them.

I’ve worked with kids during summer camps, beginning bakers and experienced cake decorators.

Find someone that understands your needs and will work hard to help you reach your end goal.

Vegan baking. During my different roles in the baking industry, I realized there’s a need for vegan baked goods. So I spend a good bit of time writing vegan recipes.
