About Morgan
Specialized tutor that focuses on creating study strategies and prioritizes a client-centered approach that adapts content learning to best suit the individual.
I have a BA in Communications from Michigan State University and completing my MA in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Special Education from Eastern Michigan University.
In my experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, I have learned with my clients how best to help them reach their goals. I have focused on working with neurodivergent and special needs populations supporting them in the classroom and in their studies.
Throughout my academic career, I have worked with students with communication and executive functioning disorders in the classroom. I have found that the same strategies I utilize for my clients are just as beneficial with any student.
375+ hours of direct client hours with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Michigan State University and near completion of a Master of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Special Needs.

When taking on a new student I always evaluate their needs/goals, their previous study habits, and their strengths and weaknesses.
I have worked with students of all kinds of populations. The majority of my students have had learning and executive functioning disabilities. I have worked with ASD, brain injury, behaviorally challenged, APD, ADHD/ADD, and many other language and learning disorders. I have also worked with many students without limitations.
Any topic can be difficult, but every topic can be learned. Sometimes perspective is what needs to change and adapting the content to YOUR learning style is all it takes.
