About Elijah
I teach regular people how to rock heavy bags and focus mitts through my private and group boxing training. I am a NASM and Box N Burn Acedemy Certified personal trainer. I have always had a passion to help people become a better version of themselves with fun and purposeful fitness coaching!
I started teaching through a fitness club I started in college. I then went and got my certification and have been happily helping people since 2015.
