About Riley
For years I have been looking for an affordable fitness program that uses boxing as its primary form of exercise. Finding that most gyms charge on average $150.00 a month or $60-$100/hr for 1-on-1 or small group classes my search came up empty. After 5 years and no success I decided to start my own. My passion for fitness spans 10+ years and 5 of those years included boxing through Kings Gym in Oakland and Marin MMA. Marin Jab Fitness combines a passion for fitness with a love for boxing. Not only is boxing a great workout physically, but it conditions the mind like no other sport.
