About Extreme

I am a retired 2x American Muay Thai Champion. I have been teaching 30 years in the art of Muay Thai and have opened several gyms, trained beginners to champions and now training privately . If you are interested in training for hobby , amautuer or professional level I am your guy. Weight loss, conditioning, confidence, self esteem and character. To teach them the basics of warming up stretching and the foundations of the art of Muay Thai

All types from models and actors to moms and dads. Doctors, nurses, dentists, accountants athletes and everyone from 3 and a half years and up

if the student requires me to travel the lesson is $125 for 30 minutes.
