About Tj Blades
Unlike other coaches, I don't just hold pads. I teach movement before I teach you anything else. If your game is plateaued because you keep getting the same coaches who keep teaching you the same cookie cutter techniques that you have seen in videos so many times, you need to try my routine.
I am 44 years old, South Asian Gold Medalist & have unlimited cardio that you can count on. Download Runtopia app and follow Heat City Runner or follow me on instagram @heatcityrunner ....My records are all public :-). Hope to hear from you soon!
Learning new things & then teaching to others.
I am a Gold Medalist (South Asian Games) & a marathon runner. I have 1147 recorded miles so far in 2020 with four 10ks, Two Half Marathons, Twelve 5ks and numerous medals.

Every student is different. I tend to spend the first session getting to know the athlete, the skill level & their goals and then prepare a custom workout for each individual need.
I work with all ages & skill levels
Coaching is not about holding pads but leading by example. Don't ever hire an out of shape coach (Personal experiences)
