About Skyler
Cardio Kickboxing has been around for years! People have been punching the air and learning incorrect techniques for a long time. But what makes SKB different is we practice what we teach! Our partner focused drills and battle-tested techniques are what set us aside from other generic and boring kickboxing programs. Our blend of techniques come from western boxing and Muay Thai kickboxing.
Being a coach there are a lot of amazing moments. The one I enjoy the most is after showing a student a technique and seeing the "lightbulb". Seeing the mind/body connection and seeing the joy on the students face once they realize they can do it. That is what I enjoy most.
